Many apartment owners in apartment buildings face the problems of general ventilation and air conditioning systems in the house - residents, especially in winter, complain of bad room smells, molds that not only damage the interior of the house, but also cause allergies and respiratory diseases. It's no secret that parasites sometimes come out of vents.

These problems can be solved once a year by mandatory preventive cleaning of the above mentioned systems, established by the Order of the Minister of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania of 18 November 2011 no. APPENDIX 1.12.05: 2010 "List of basic works for maintenance of multi-apartment buildings", Item 19 of the Appendix to the Requirements for Use and Maintenance of Compulsory Structures (Residential Houses) approved. Unfortunately, in many old residential buildings, these problems have not been solved since their construction.
