Terrace / Balcony Repair - Waterproofing Solutions

Option A - Waterproofing Installation on the existing terrace / balcony flooring (tiles, etc..).

The system A1 - Contains the floor covering geotextile + + + EPDM waterproof rubber-drainage tiles 30 mm / terrace boards.

The system A2 - Contains flooring + Polyurethane + rubber waterproofing-drainage tiles 30 mm / terrace boards.

System A3 - Contains flooring / pressure equalizing. + Polyurethane coating / system (may be with multitone decorative sprinkles).

NOTE: A variant of the repair solutions are possible if: there is a terrace / balcony coating strong enough to floor height allows installation of an additional coating (rubber-drainage tiles ~ 35 mm, terrace boards ~ 70 mm), sufficient gradients.

Option B - destroying the patio / balcony to the Porch and the installation of the new system.

System B1 –G / B + concrete slab-ramped pressure. + + Insulation thermal insulation of steam pressure. + EPDM / 2 sl. polimerbituminės waterproofing drainage sheet + + ready-mix leveling reinforced pressure.

System B2 – G / B + plate + insulation thermal insulation of steam pressure. + Concrete-ramped pressure. + Geotextile + + EPDM rubber waterproofing-drainage tiles 30 mm / terrace boards.

System B3 – G / B + plate + insulation thermal insulation of steam pressure. + Concrete-ramped pressure. + 2 sl. polimerbituminės + rubber waterproofing-drainage tiles 30 mm / terrace boards.

Bucking the system (terraces) – the waterproofing layer is installed after the extruded polystyrene (XPS). The system regulates the construction of the Technical Regulation (STR).
